Joseph Cotter, working alongside Dr. Joe Yanni at Psychological Services of New York, is a Certified Career Counselor (CCC), New York State Certified School Psychologist (MS), and executive functioning therapist. With nearly a decade of experience, Joseph brings a compassionate and results-driven approach to supporting clients in their educational, career, and personal development goals.

Cindy Serrano Wolfe is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern at Psychological Services of New York, P.C., where she brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy. Currently in her final year of Sacred Heart University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program, Cindy creates a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
With a holistic perspective, Cindy emphasizes the interconnectedness of emotional, physical, and social well-being. She incorporates evidence-based techniques to help clients achieve balance and personal growth, while tailoring her approach to honor each client’s unique cultural background and values.
Cindy provides both in-person therapy at Psychological Services of New York’s Pleasantville, NY, location and virtual sessions for added convenience.
